1 /5 Jelena M: I’ve been to Lash Loft & Beauty Bar in the past and have never had an issue. Unfortunately this time around I was very disappointed with the service. I got a lash lift, which I have had done previously and have always been happy with. I paid $120 this time around (post-covid, I get it) - but you would think for that price you would get a decent job done. The girl who did my lashes lacked customer service skills completely and had the personality of a wet blanket. She did not do a good job and I woke up the next morning with glue stuck on my eyes and half my lashes not lifted at all. Safe to say I won’t be going back, as it was a complete waste of time and money.
