The staff are exceptional at what they do and are always so lovely and inviting. I always walk out 100% happy with my sets even when they are complex designs the staff at Ann Ann never disappoint and I will always suggest them to friends and family!

2 /5 Jo Young: Ive been to place before but will not go back. They had a special advertised for Valentines day - a combo for SNS nails and Shellac pedicure for $80. When I made the booking I even confirmed with the owner because it was a Sunday. When I went to pay the guy tried to charge me $105 - I got a Shellac colour that was a cat eye design (apparently) and he said it was extra. No where in the salon was there a sign advising that this type of Shellac was extra. He also tried to charge me extra to have my existing SNS soaked off but I was getting another reapplied - this has never happened to me at another salon. Beware when you go into this salon and make sure you know what youre paying for. NEVER AGAIN!! I like to support local businesses so will be going to another nail salon in Dingley I received a response from the owner - no where on the ad on facebook did it mention that it was extra from a soak off or a design - its up to the staff to mention to the client if a design (which cat eye isnt) is more expensive. Ive attached a photo. Like I mentioned - I wont be going back there
