5 /5 Sifty Khurana: Staff is extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. IDK! Why people say that they are not seeing results, every body type and hair growth is different; there are hormonal changes, so we as a woman go through different cycles. I will say just discuss everything at the before your session. I had very stubborn whiteheads and red little bumps on my thighs, Shannon helped me with achieving smooth legs, she also recommended how many times I should exfoliate which will go better for my skin. You cant achieve smooth legs in just 2 weeks, everything takes time. Shannon has some magic in her hands, she provides such a pain-free laser experience. She helped me with the reduction of my ingrown hair. Honestly I feel so confident now. Nicole (manager), she is so bubbly and remembers little details about you. I always look forward to go to my laser session appointments.

1 /5 swati abrol: I had high hopes for this clinic, but unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. As a mum with a small baby, flexibility is crucial – things can change last minute, and understanding from a service provider is essential. Sadly, that was not the case here. Even with more than 24 hours’ notice, they were unwilling to accommodate any changes or offer alternatives. I understand there are policies, but the rigidity and lack of empathy were really disappointing. They insisted on taking the full amount without providing any other options – no rescheduling, no partial refund, nothing. I expected a more supportive and family-friendly approach, especially from a clinic that likely deals with many mums and ladies. Unfortunately, their approach felt more transactional than caring. I hope they reconsider their policies to better support new parents in the future.
