5 /5 Nicola McLeish: I’ve been coming here consistently over the last year to get builder gel and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The nail techs are lovely and work quickly, services are well priced, and there’s a good selection of gel colours from a variety of brands. I always walk out happy and I’ve never had issues with lifting or chips. I always recommend them to anyone who compliments my nails!

2 /5 Alice Hua: There is this one technician who I don’t know the name of, but she ruined my cuticles when I ask for an acrylic set with tip extensions. The whole experience was horrible. She drilled so close to my cuticles that it felt warm and it cut my cuticles for nearly every finger that I bled - as you can see in the photo, all my cuticles looked red and swollen and my 4th finger was still bleeding afterwards. She wasn’t even careful, and just gave me a flat ‘sorry’ and didn’t care. My cuticles were so sore afterwards. Only thing she did right was shaping my nails so I’ll give it two stars. I was a regular here for two years and it’s always this particular technician, other technicians are fine. They don’t consistently wear name badges so it’s hard to pinpoint who the technician is, but whenever I get her I’m not happy with her services since she’s quite cold and would always do a rushed job. Management needs to speak to her about her performance as this isn’t a one time thing.
