1 /5 Carmen SANTONOCETO: STAY AWAY. This would have to be the dirtiest, rudest and unhygienic place for lashes. They dont listen, they rip lashes off with tweezers and on top of that cough and sneeze constantly in your face whilst they supposedly work. I now not only have a flu but to top it off an eye infection. I tried to tell the lady that she was hurting me but I dont think she really cared I now have to wait for my infection to settle down. I will miss days off work for this and possibly a friends wedding on Friday if this doesnt settle Kami stop being greedy for money at the expense of good,genuine people who want and need the right thing done. Im not happy

1 /5 Sophie Kokos: Wish I never set foot in this place. My eyelashes look ridiculous and nothing as to what I explained to the technician. All I could smell was garlic which were on her fingers. My experience was very unpleasant and painful.i tried telling her to please be gentle but instead she spoke to the other ladies working there in their language and they kept laughing uncontrollably. They dont care!! My eyes were very itchy and burning. This was so bad I couldnt drive home for a good 30mins. I went elsewhere the next day to have them removed. Really do yourself a favour and keep away from here. Not worth it

1 /5 Amber-jade Shomali: DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! I went in for a full set Thursday and left the salon with an extremely red and irritated eye after the negligent staff put tape on my actual eye ball! I have complained about discomfort in previous sessions over and over again so this time I thought no, they know what they’re doing - just ignore it, you’re being annoying. Lo and behold my eye is on fire when the tapes are removed and come Saturday (2 days later) I have an eye infection which is getting redder and redder, meaning I am essentially housebound until I am healed. I contacted Kami with photos of my eyes getting worse each day and suggested they refund me as a way of apologising or even as compensation for the fact that I cannot leave my home. They said they would only do it if I came back to their salon today to have them removed and then implied I was trying to essentially rip them off. This was insulting to say the least as I have had my lashes done by them so many times and the issue was not with the lashes themselves, the issue was the tape placed incorrectly and on my eye ball?!? Also, please note that if you get a removal and full set they do not use the removal cream, they will just pick each lash off with the tweezers which is not the correct process and must be to save in costs. I am very disappointed and let down by Kami and her staff.

1 /5 Clariz Ramon: I am very sad as i had high hopes due to their instagram activity and supposed high reviews and recommendations from my colleague at work. I had my eyelashes done as i am going overseas and want that ‘i woke up like this’ look. I trusted the lash technician despite knowing personally how short and thin my own lashes were. I asked 2lash per 1 of my own lash but she said 5 extension lash to 1 of my real lash. I have a high threshold for pain so i did not say anything while she was doing my lash extensions. My eyes were so teary and i could not open them for a few minutes due to the fumes. I had to fan my eyes for a few minutes before i could open them and even start driving home as they were stinging. I initially thought they were beautiful and placed nicely although as the day progressed. I started feeling how heavy they were and that i could feel them touching my lids. What’s worse is, every time i shower and was my lashes, my eyes hurt. I have done my research and apparently this means the lash tech applied TOO MUCH glue. I paid $100 AUD for them. After 2 days of having them, i am already considering to have them removed. A complete waste. Not a good experience. I will never come back here nor recommend. I wish i went somewhere else.

5 /5 Leslie esera: Honestly always have the best experience. They’re always fast but gentle so that my eyes aren’t burning. Always get it done under 1.5 hours and my fastest service has been 50 minutes for a full set that lasted 3-4 weeks.
