From start to finish, Brooke was incredibly professional, informative, and warm, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, ensuring I felt confident every step of the way. Her attention to detail and precision were evident, and I truly appreciated how clear and reassuring she was throughout the session. The studio itself was immaculate, well-presented, and maintained to the highest hygienic standards, which made me feel even more at ease. I am over the moon with my new brows—they are beautifully shaped, natural-looking, and exactly what I envisioned! If you’ve been considering eyebrow tattooing, I highly recommend Brooke at Haus of Brows. It’s 100% worth taking the step!

2 /5 A D: Unfortunately I experienced some issues with my bookings, due to enforceable inferences on behalf of Haus of Brows. I’ve been understanding when my appointments at Haus of Brows were rescheduled at the last minute, even adjusting my day to accommodate those changes. However, when there was a one-time mix-up on my end, my appointment was canceled with just 10 minutes’ notice, and I was charged a 100% cancellation fee. I completely understand the need for cancellation policies, but some flexibility would be fair—especially when clients are expected to be understanding of last-minute changes on the business’s part. Unfortunately, the lack of consideration for the circumstances has left me disappointed, and despite Brooke doing a great job, I’ve decided not to rebook. I did express this to the company, and was left with no follow up from their end.

The reveal was exciting and I am totally happy with the results. Getting compliments at work has made it all worth it, especially feeling good for myself with eyebrows that look amazing.

1 /5 Kaitlyn Gatt: I previously had my eyebrow tattoo done by the owner Brooke, l was coming in for my touch up appointment a few weeks later. I woke up unfortunately to covid the morning of my appointment and informed Brooke that morning. As someone who is also in the beauty industry l understand the high volume of clients cancelling within the 24 hour policy, but even myself at work would reschedule clients that have covid as we wouldn’t want to get sick and isn’t predictable. I thought l was doing the right thing by informing Brooke, but instead l’ve lost my deposit and was told not to come in even when l suggest l can (wearing a mask). I believe this was unfair as this was my second time coming in with no previous warning and l had covid. Very disappointing l wouldn’t suggest booking in.
