5 /5 Ascha Miles: I had a black tie event and walked into Hair House on a Friday afternoon to inquire about getting a hair up. Although the salon was technically closed, the wonderful manager went above and beyond by doing a beautiful on-the-spot hair up for me. It turned out absolutely perfect and really made my night! Im so grateful for her kindness and generosity in helping me out at the last minute. Highly recommend this salon for their exceptional service!

I had quite a few questions about hair products, and Kanika was incredibly helpful! I was considering the FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System, and she not only let me try it out but also walked me through how to use it. She truly went above and beyond, and I ended up purchasing it thanks to her amazing service. Kanika’s customer service is truly exceptional, and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves ❤️ Also, I was there last week to have my ears re-pierced by the wonderful Jess. To my surprise, I didn’t need them redone at all. Jess simply put a sterilized pin through my piercings, and they were good to go! The whole process took less than five minutes. I’m so grateful she didn’t take advantage of the situation like most places would, making me pay for a redo just for the sake of it. Jess is so knowledgeable and truly an asset to the team. 4 /5 Myhoa Ma: Booked last minute as I was attending a wedding. Just wash blow dry and curls looked great and curls stayed in tact for the whole night. Rhiannon did a great job! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, explaining every step of the process in detail and ensuring I was fully informed and relaxed. The aftercare instructions were clear and Jess was more than happy to answer all my questions. What truly sets Jess apart is her passion for her craft and her genuine care for her clients. It’s evident that she takes great pride in her work and strives to provide the best possible experience. I would highly recommend Jess to anyone looking for a professional, skilled, and compassionate piercer. She’s simply the best!
