1 /5 Charlotte Belle Lees: I thought I would try the salon again to get a refill for a French manicure. This process took approximately 1.5 hours and the results were not satisfactory unfortunately. I requested a refill and then stated I wanted French tip which was an extra $20 on top so the service was going to be $78 in total. I regretfully accepted and continued with the procedure. Long story short, my nail shapes are uneven despite expressing I wasn’t happy with the shape. Their reasoning was because it was a refill. They started to do the French tip which was a thin white line and asked if it could be a bit thicker (see pics below for results) which was another EXTRA $15. The nails are very see through as you can see my natural nails underneath. I think the results would be a lot better if there was extra coats of polish and a bit more evened shaping. And not charging extra for a sim request of thicker French tips. We’re paying A LOT for these services, the results should meet expectations.

1 /5 Joyce Ford: Terrible pedicure. Worst I’ve ever had. Did not fix the problem when I asked. Asked me to pay for the rubbish yellow scrubber so I could scrub my own feet. I was scrubbing them for a while before so told them I was unhappy with the service. She then took photos of my feet (without my consent), I told them to stop taking pictures of me several times, they kept going, and then got aggressive with me, so i started recording them pointing their finger at my face close up and telling me I am “no good”. One lady told me to sit down (my nails still wet polished), the other one told me to leave, and then called security on me! Poor customer service! Don’t spend your money here, you will be disappointed and disrespected.

5 /5 Jodecii Brothers: Absolutely stoked with the finished results. Had my nails done at another place and needed them fixed up so i popped into Dazzle Nails. They did exactly as I asked, colour matching my toenails, giving me the ombre i wanted, even reshaping my nails to a more natural shape. Great communication, very helpful, especially gentle, all at a great price!

1 /5 shanara duyn: DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to the nail bar instead!! This salon is way to expensive and DO NOT do a good job. I was asked to pay upfront then had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my nails done and they rushed to get them finished. My nails were crooked and bumpy. I had to go to another place to get them fixed up. They were rude and pushy. I went in for acrylic nails with extensions and just 1 simple colour. They made me pay for the length per magnet which was $5 per magnet. I ended up paying $115 for just a normal set of acrylic nails. Very upset and please never go here. Oh also there was an elderly woman getting her nails done and they over charged her and didn’t say anything.

1 /5 Meiling Flesa: I will never be going to this nail salon again. I used to go here regularly to get my nails done until the other day they refused to do my nails due to having super glue on one of my nails. They insisted l go to a doctor to get the superglue removed from my finger and wanted the doctor to provide me with a medical clearance before they would do my nails again. As l was trying to ring a doctor to ask if they could remove the super glue from my nail, the lady in the shop asked me to leave the shop and go and call the doctor outside of the shop so that l would not sit on a seat that other customers could sit on. She said this to me despite there being no other customers in the shop. I was just shocked at this response over some super glue on my nail and being asked to leave the shop when l was trying to call the doctor, which is what they told me to do in the first place if l wanted them to do my nails. I then went to The Nail Bar and they happily did my nails for me and did a great job with no dramas. I cant believe how Dazzle Nails treated me when l was trying to ring the doctor, they only treated me this way because they werent taking money off me. And to the person who writes the responses to these reviews dont even try to justify your actions. You know you were in the wrong, your customer service is the rudest l have experienced in my life, stop playing the victim and own your mistakes. There is a reason the Nail Bar has more customers than you and that is because they offer a better service. This nail salon is by far the rudest salon l have ever been to and l was a regular customer. I bet this salon cĺoses down within a year due to the terrible and rude service. I mean just read the other reviews, we cant all be wrong and we are all saying the same things.
