5 /5 Hannah Varnham: I was a wreck from going to another hairdresser to try and bleach my (salon) dyed hair to go back to a more natural color block style, and unfortunately things didnt go as planned and I was left with uneven orange/green/grey peak a boo style hair. Absolutely no hate to the hairdresser, but I couldnt live like that for long. My absolute heroes were Jasmine and Ruby, who very very VERY graciously squeezed me in today even if it was such a busy rush for them. They were sprinting around the store and it was admirable seeing them work together and still keep their positive vibes up. Jasmine literally saved my hair color and got me to a beautiful red that I can live out while my hair recovers, plus explained everything along the way and made sure I understood. Ruby was so patient with customers who came in which is honestly really tough to do when everything is happening at once, 100% good job on that. It was hilarious to match their energies while getting my hair done and even if Im sticking to red while my hair heals, I will be excited to come again soon. Love you ladies to the moon and back ❤️
