1 /5 Deepika Chauhan: pathetic experience I went for full body waxing but after legs i stopped her in the middle. Even the sheet was not clean looks like haven changed for a while.

1 /5 Youniverseandeye: That soft guy was so rough, very unprofessional, messed my hair up but didn’t even say sorry.. Lucky, the mature lady fixed it, but damage has been done. Extremely disappointed!

5 /5 Teneal Wellings: I had my hair done last week and wasn’t sure of exactly what I wanted. I decided to get some scattered blonde foils with some bold blonde splices in my fringe. It looked good, but a few days after getting it done, I decided I wanted to change the bold blonde splices and make it more natural with microfoils instead. The manager was so lovely and accommodating and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love the colour and really appreciate them helping me out. Super happy with the end result :)

1 /5 selda coruk: I came in for full head of foils and a cut as well as upper lip waxing My foils were not 10mm to the root it was over 2 cm not dyed it looked like i needed another foil done ..they just want me to come back in sooner When i bought this up they were really not interested just wanting the payment and not rectifying the issue. Upper lip wax... not sure how but she has left a patch of hair honestly guttered and disaapointed after spending $190 today. No customer satisfication , and just like the nail shops they speak in their own language whilst doing your hair - extremely unwelcomong and would avoid at all costs
