1 /5 G P: I bought a Groupon voucher to get a keratin treatment done from this place. Got the treatment done on the 6th of October after two weeks my hair went back to normal wavy hair!!!!! They didn’t do better job!!! Supposed to have a straight hair for 5-6 months after a keratin treatment! My hair is now the same wavy hair after two weeks of the treatment!!! Do not go to this place!!!! They are very irresponsible and very very disappointed about this whole experience!!!!!!

3 /5 Dzioba Jacinta (Jazz): I purchased a Groupon voucher for a 45 min deluxe facial. The appointment was made but they the lady had to cancel so we rescheduled. She was running late but communicated that to me so that was ok. The room had a nice set up and the beautician was really nice, unfortunately afew things just made the experience not so relaxing. She had popped on the mask and a second timer was set. The timer went off then after another 10 mins I called her to tell her it had gone off. She had been sitting outside the room watching a TV show. I guess the atmosphere was ruined by ticking noises, Tv and sniffing. When she returned it was all over within a few mins. I was only there for 30 mins and did not feel like I received the 45 min deluxe facial. Overall I hope the beautician can take this constructive criticism and make a great business.

4 /5 Dodi Lawson: Came in for a colour but was a bit disappointed with the outcome. It was a tricky colour to do however staff were amazing, they took my number and called me when they had a professional colorist and they re-did it free of charge. Was extremely happy with the final result

1 /5 Sara Ouff: So disappointed with service, hair dresser cant own up to fault. Went in for a keratin smooth out treatment. Bought a deal from group on for my nieces birthday. Told the hair dresser I just want to relax her curls. hair dresser said because her hair is curly she will receive 70% straight and 30% curly which is perfect for someone who is only 13 that just wanted it to be easier to style her hair due to her being very very curly. However when treatment was done the hair dresser put in the wrong treatment that doesnt smooth out curls. So my niece ended up with 100 % curly and a waste of 3 hours. The hair dresser owned up to fault by the end of everything due to letting me know they put in the wrong keratin treatment. After I put through my complaint with group on, the owner lied to group on about what happened on the day even though he wasn’t there at the time. Told group on I asked too many questions only because I wanted to make sure they understood and delivered on the service I was looking for however clearly with all my questions they still couldn’t deliver the right service. 1 /5 Mark Arena: Booked in with a Groupon for half head of foils, cut and blow wave. When I got here they advised it was extra cost for my extra thick hair that been thinned and is not Extra Thick at all. Then she started weaving splices with 1cm Plus gap in between. I raised this and stated I was after foils and showed her a pic of what foils are and she said she can’t do that and refused to do my hair. She spoke to her manager on the phone. In their own language and then she further said they won’t do it and refused to honour the Groupon and made me sit and wait for the manager to come. No one else is in the salon- this is obviously why!!! Totally refused to start my hair at all. Nearly 1 hour and I am still waiting for them to honour the voucher or the manager to attend. Any qualified hairdresser would know how to foil and I have had my hair done for years and never had an issue. The hairdresser is extremely rude and just refused to do my hair as booked in for saying “she can’t do that”! They have my money and unable to get in touch with Groupon to resolve the issue. The manager spoke to the owner and offered to do the foils in which I agreed to lift to.a Level 8. The hairdresser still continues to say she couldn’t do that and they spoke to the manager again, This is now 11/2 hours later and still they refuse to
