1 /5 Olivia Blandford: asked for layers and a blowout left with curls that she stated would ‘drop into a blow out’ which all it did was make the curls drop into one curl at the top of my head, she cut 2 inches off when i clearly stated i wanted 1 inch. she wasn’t even looking when she was cutting my hair resulting in choppy layers and now i look like lord farquaard
