1 /5 Matthew Gray: I’ve encountered some subpar chemists, but this one stands out as the worst. As a busy individual, I prefer to order my medications online and find them quite generic. However, their company policy prevents me from filling multiple prescriptions at once, despite there being no legislation that prohibits it. This overly cautious approach feels unnecessary and micromanaged, especially for something as straightforward as reflux medications. I wont be returning to this pharmacy, and I certainly wont be recommending them to anyone. They had significant potential with the extra services they offered, but it was ultimately overshadowed by their poor practices.

5 /5 Gurjit Chauhan: This has become my local pharmacy, and I must say that I have never received more attentive service from any pharmacy! The staff are all eager to help, are knowledgeable, and there is a minimal wait for scripts. They are not the cheapest pharmacy around, nor do they have all the products that you might find elsewhere, but they have more than enough choice, and the prices are not unreasonable, especially considering the level of service. Just love this place. Whenever I go there feels like it’s my home. Very nice place and staff. Today was my 3rd visit there with my little one. Best pharmacy ever in the whole Melbourne I guess. Thank you and keep it up.

I originally came in to get a compounded medicine made up last year, they only gave me half of what was on my script (180 tablets - I was only supplied 90) and when I came in to collect, the blonde lady that served me didn’t give me a physical copy of the script back and when I asked about it she said “don’t worry, it would be on file for me to re-order when needed”. Fast forward months later when I eventually run out of medicine, I return to this same pharmacy to get the remainder left on my script and they have the nerve to tell me there is nothing on my file, they couldn’t even see what I had ordered and had to speak to the male pharmacist to check. He then tries and tells me there is no repeats left and I was supplied it in full - which is a lie as I have the bottle still and it clearly states only 3 months supply instead of 6 months. Upon checking again they can see they did make it up for me months prior but said I didn’t have any repeats left and nothing was on my file and then tried to gaslight me into thinking I was handed my script back and that I must have either lost it or either have went to another pharmacy to get the rest made up. Bit strange as you would think they would have everything on file they have supplied and copies of the scripts but they kept stating they had nothing and had to actual search for what they had supplied in the first place. It was super unprofessional and insulting that they tried so hard to conceive me I was crazy when I have no reason to lie and remember everything so clearly. I know for a fact it would show I haven’t redeemed my last repeat at any other pharmacy and if they checked back the cameras they would also see I wasn’t handed any script. I’m really not sure how you can make so many bold assumptions about someone when your own in house protocols are so clearly flawed. After this experience I honestly don’t even think they know what they are doing but I’ve learnt my lesson now to never ever go here again for any compounded medicine or any medicine for that fact! Unfortunately I had to wait over 3 weeks to see my doctor again to get a new prescription but was luckily able to pick up my medicine within one day of dropping the script off at another local pharmacy in reservoir that were very nice and professional and which I will attending from now on.
