5 /5 Kel Benzie: Brilliant, super clear water. Great vibes, busy on summer days. Wonderful board walk along the beach with beautiful scenery. (About 5kms from waves restaurant to boat ramp) coffee & food vans and cafes sprinkled along the beach. Such a favourite.
5 /5 Jason Lo Ricco: One of the nicest beach on the south east side. Lots of people but not too much where it’s over crowded. Not a lot of sand area but the water looks amazing and lots of walking tracks for people and dogs. A restaurant and ice cream shop right there also. And close to the heart of Frankston main strip.
5 /5 Ads: the water is so clear and so shallow it honestly feels like its a scene out of a movie. and theres great places of food nearby too. however the only downside is theres no private showers, and only 2 public ones, after which you need to wait in a long line to change into dry clothes at the singular ladies toilet on the beach. it gets messy and you wont be able to completely wash yourself until you get home.
5 /5 Maduranga Kannangara: This is the far end of the Port Phillip bay; therefore you can see Melbourne city scape from here. Clean beach, and some nice restaurants. Great place to have a stroll and I noticed some are fishing on the jetty. Feels like a town that’s not too rural and not too busy.
5 /5 Bhathiya Wijesekara: It was a nice experience with family. Kids loved the beach, especially due to low to no tides. Water was so calm, and you could walk far into the water as the water was shallow.
Got showers fixed so you could cean up on your way back. Overall, it was worth the visit. Would visit again.

John Locke Children love playing in the playground. Parents chat, watch smartphones and have lunch on the chairs. Family friendly. There are swings, slides, BBQ equipment, public toilets and other facilities.
Bring your kids to the beach, Frankston Pier, broad walk or a cafe after playing.
MK 612 Very attractive pier, ideal for strolling, fishing or just enjoying the chilled beachy vibe. The surrounding boardwalk and walking trails are tidy, modern and well maintained.
Super pretty place with excellent views.
Jade Green Great place for a quick run, nature walk, toddler wander etc. A few hills but nothing too steep, good views, no steep drop offs or sketchy bits. My toddler was able to do the whole loop on his own.
Aaron Donohue This reserve is an extraordinary gem in Frankston. Absolutely beautiful walking trails teaming with birds and natural foliage. I could have spent a whole day exploring. My kids loved it. There was a very accessible playground for them but they preferred all the creeks and trails. The granites is a nice spot to loiter for awhile. I highly recommend visiting.
Betty Damianidis Attended the magic by moonlight event here last night. Was a delight to see all the children exited with the colouful and interactive displays. Is wheelchair accessible but just know that it is not paved even ground.
Maria Ahm CARPARK ENTRY via LAWSON AVENUE - WATER WAY - JEREMY WAY.
Maps took us a different route which ended up in a dead end residential street.
Only one carpark entrance into the place but many pedestrian access points. Gates open 6am - 6pm noted on signage at carpark entry on 20/11/2024.
Nice location for a park run!! With many walking/running tracks and also bike tracks too. Different circuits available throughout the place. No toilets at carpark. Huge water area to canoe or standup paddle board. No pets allowed. A beautiful place to explore the nature and see all the beautiful species of wildlife!
