5 /5 Isabel Tran: So in love with this set. The staff were super welcoming and kind. I came in with a photo for inspo, and they absolutely nailed it. I’ve already gotten so many compliments! Will definitely be coming back!

1 /5 Agi Swierczak: I had a gel manicure and pedicure done. I was happy with the pedicure but the manicure was very poor quality, uneven, with areas of topcoat missing. The salon is refusing to issue a refund even though I cannot come in for a fix before the event I specifically had this manicure done for. They will not tell me why they cannot provide a refund. They claim that if I had time to come in to get my nails done on a Saturday I must have time to come in during the week and therefore it is my own fault I cannot get the fix. I work full time and do not live in the area. What is most disappointing is how rudely I was treated on the phone when trying to resolve the issue.

1 /5 Thuy Nguyen: Very mediocre nails with little ability to do anything but paint nails. There are cheaper places in bentleigh. I asked her 4 times to make sure she paints the sides and she kept saying she want done but there are gaps in all my nails without polish on the side and all the nails are crooked. I dont know why this place is so busy but they arent it. Mid.
