Kimi Tarei This was my second visit to Michiru and she was absolutely amazing again! I was embarrassingly 25 minutes late after forgetting my appointment, but she graciously waited and still gave me the most immaculate manicure. Her attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched. I truly appreciate her patience and consistent quality—well deserving of the tip! Highly recommend her, especially if you are local to St Kilda.

Laura Pereira-McGillivray I had an amazing facial experience at Lovelace, thanks to Margo. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Margo greeted me with such warmth and kindness, instantly putting me at ease. Throughout the facial, Margo was incredible. She didnt just go through the motions, she took the time to explain every step in detail, making sure I understood what was happening with my skin. Not only was she pleasant and friendly, but her knowledge about skincare was genuinely impressive, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making my experience special. She didnt rush through the session, instead ensured that every aspect was done thoroughly and with care. This was my first time at Lovelace, and Im already looking forward to my next appointment! I highly recommend Margo and Lovelace to anyone after a rejuvenating and relaxing facial experience. Thank you for making my day and giving my skin the TLC it needed Margo :)

Alexandra Yudina High-quality service. I tried it for the first time 5 years ago and will never go to other places. My usual number of services are sugaring, sugar deep cleansing, massage, manicure, and pedicure. Jess (the owner) is very professional and pleasant person, she knows everything about Pandhys products and will do her best to give you the best service. After sessions with her, I feel relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended, you will never find a better place!

Svetlana Kisseleva I have been going to see Kenia and her team for nearly 2 years, and everytime i am just overjoyed with the results. They are all truly professionals and are great to be around. Recently I visited to prepare for an event where I needed a dress to zip up, so I booked a lymphatic drainage with Kenia and it was so amazing, and of course, de-puffed and de-bloated and fit into my dress perfectly! Really great spot, I wouldnt go anywhere else
