1 /5 I S: I am overall extremely disappointed with this service. Firstly, my eyebrows faded within 1 week after my touch up. I tried to address this to Sonia and she kept making excuses such as “my medication” or “make up” were the reason this happened. I don’t wear make up, and don’t take any medication. She would know this if a form was submitted in our initial consultation.
My eyebrows were not even, and when I mentioned an area I wanted corrected she said “it’s fine, no two eyebrows are the same”. Regardless, I felt I should be leaving there satisfied. Then she went ahead and took photos of me without consent, and then posted them all over social media. When I asked her to remove them, I didn’t even get them removed from everywhere. She only removed one!
I had to continue requesting the removal for it to be done - not like it should have been advertised anywhere without permission in the first place!
The towel she has on the bed does not get cleaned. Both times I went there were brown stains on it.
Don’t waste your time or money. I gave her the chance to correct this issue of fading, she made excuse after excuse. Funnily enough only one eyebrow faded so if it was something I did (or my medication that I’m not on), both would have been affected!
I was told that generally a touch up is done every 10-12 months. I was never advised it would only last 7 days. It faded 40% within the first 2 weeks AFTER touch up! I think she diluted her product if I’m honest.
For the amount paid, you expect to have semi permanent results as advertised, not temporary results like a fake tan application! My tan lasted longer than my eyebrows did.
Once she got her money, she disappeared. I asked her to fix it, I asked her to book in a date, all of a sudden she was too busy, yet her calendar is always empty for bookings online. She never got back to me with a time to book either. Ample time
Was given, over 6 weeks in fact!
If she was professional and cared about her service, she would have followed up, and sorted out her mistake to ensure her client was walking out satisfied, not just taking money for a service she failed to deliver.
Worst experience and absolute waste of time.
