2 /5 Lee: The staff member who looked after me was lovely and I had an overall relaxing experience. However, after returning home and reviewing the details of the spa pedicure package, I noticed that the leg and foot massage with jade stones was not included in my treatment. I received the scrub, heel exfoliation, cream, pedicure, and scalp massage, but unfortunately not the jade stone massage or the foot cream wrap that was advertised as part of the package. I was disappointed, as given the amount paid, I expected to receive the full treatment as outlined. I chose your spa based on its excellent reputation for quality and attention to detail, so this experience fell short of expectations. I also submitted feedback to the store but have not received a response.

5 /5 Teresa: Have visited this spa many times. Always feel pampered and relaxed after a massage. The therapists are all very attentive and made the whole treatment an extremely pleasant experience. Loved how convenient the location is as can go shopping before and after the appointment. Recommend.

2 /5 Douglas Elizabeth: I had a relaxation massage which was excellent but then at the end, instead of taking tea in the waiting room area, the woman told me to wait and it was brought to the small massage room. She then told me she noticed I had very dry skin, and that she had to apply lots of extra oil, which is not normal, especially to my feet. It made me feel a bit embarrassed, as I wasnt expecting commentary about my body. This wasnt a facial, I wasnt going there for a skin treatment and I didnt ask her opinion on my skin. She then proceeded to upsell me this $10 foot moisturising sock thing, and it was so obviously a part of a sales script. I just wanted to enjoy a quiet tea and bask in the post-massage relaxed vibe, but instead I felt cornered in the small massage room getting a hard sell on a this foot mask sock thing. I looked pretty uninterested and asked to go to the bathroom, she said oh sure leave your things here, then when I came back she directly says to me "so would you like to buy this" and I said "Ill think about it" then when I get to the counter, she follows me out and asks me *again* am I going to buy the foot mask and I said "no". It was just so pushy and something Id expect from a cheap massage place, not endota. Why pay $170 for a 60 minute massage only to be criticised and then pushed into buying a $10 add on. Really tainted the whole experience, I wont be going back to this endota.

4 /5 Brett Stanford: Amazing facial. Massage was good pressure for me. Body scrub was good but not really my thing. Would rather longer massage next time. Overall an enjoyable treatment, leaving me feeling pretty good.
