5 /5 Rosaliana Plata: Alex was absolutely amazing today. i was very nervous for my double flats but she assured that it wouldn’t be so bad and she was right. she placed my piercings exactly where i wanted them and was spot on with her mark. she is so considerate and comforting :)

Alex was absolutely amazing, I was so nervous to get my belly button pierced but she was so reassuring and was so sweet. 11/10, she was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She helped me choose the right jewellery that ticked all of my boxes and made sure I was getting good quality for such an affordable price!! I couldn’t recommend more and it’s so amazing to see such young talent and knowledge at only 19! Well done Alex keep it up!

She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I was a bit nervous, but she took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and really helped to calm my nerves.
