She is so welcoming and makes sure she explains every treatment in thorough detail to ensure you have a swift understanding of the process. She makes you feel comfortable and safe. I wouldn’t recommend anyone BUT nurse Monica for all of your needs, she is so approachable and I am so so sooooo glad to have her. Everyone must check out this bomb dot com space and book in with her!❤️

Anna I had my nails done by Ashley at Serenity Lounge in Hawthorn and I’m so happy with the result! She did such a beautiful job – my nails look clean, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. Ashley is really good at what she does. She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything looked perfect. She also has really good communication. She asked me what I wanted, helped me choose the right shape and colour, and made sure I was happy the whole time. She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her work and wants every customer to leave happy. I highly recommend Ashley if you’re thinking of getting your nails done. If you go to Serenity Lounge in Hawthorn, definitely ask for her – she’s amazing!
