Annie B Awful experience. The nail technician was rude and gave curt replies, despite my being polite throughout. She seemed extremely disinterested and rushed through the procedure. When one of my nails started bleeding, she didn’t even acknowledge it, let alone apologise. I considered giving 1 star but didn’t, as the other staff seemed more polite and professional.

Jamehah Abdulazeez first time coming and i am in love!!! will definitely be coming back. look at how sharp the french is!!! i am very happy, my nail tech was very precise and showed me options of what my nails would look like when i was unsure. for example, i wasn’t sure which pink to use and she put two on my nails for me to choose from, and also when i wasn’t sure of what glitter to put she showed me options ON my nails. loved it!

She is very patient, talented, friendly and very organised. Kateryna takes a lot of pride in her work and will strive for perfection every time. Kateryna is great at communicating and isnt afraid to try the new trends. She always helps when I cannot decide on a colour (which is almost everytime!) and is always accommodating to my requests. I always look forward to our appointments as I know she will do an amazing job. Thank you Kateryna

Rebecca Wolski I went there as I got a voucher for Christmas $45 I got a refill and cost me $50. The set I got was all yellow and almond which was already the shape. I had to fix them myself the nails were similar in length she didn’t size or file them down or ask if I wanted them shorter. It felt rushed and my nails were so uneven in not only length but the product wasn’t evened out on my nail so it looked clumpy. I wasn’t going to write a review until today when it’s not even been 24hrs since getting them done and my nail colour came off and just so easily peeled off my nail.
