1 /5 venika mahajan: This shop is in saltwater Tribeca . There i zero customer service. No communication between the owner and workers. No knowledge of anything and irresponsible as well…they didnt have tool as well in the shop. The lady who deals with counter she has even no manners to talk while i am facing those hustles she is laughing so requested to everyone no need to come here on this shop which is having no management skills..very very disappointed. I mentioned photo of the shop. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP.

1 /5 shaila aftavi: I wanted to thread my tattooed eyebrows which was very easy job. She just had to clean around the shape but I don’t know why she tried to shape my brows and by mistakenly thread in the middle and made a whole. I’m very disappointed. Now I have to draw my eyebrows until it grows back. I mentioned but the lady said she can’t see anything also wearing glasses. Didn’t even offer discount. Anyways very disappointing.

1 /5 neha modhvadia: Worse service ever,, price was written less on website and also in saloon, however, at the time for payment , they charged more and said they will update their pricing on portal. Without updating their price on website or in saloon, they charged higher price at the time of payment. Do not recommend it to anyone
