1 /5 Katie: Would recommend this place if you would like to be told what your pain tolerance should be. Had a wisdom tooth removed elsewhere earlier during the week and came here as I was experiencing pain. Told both “dentists” that I needed a lot of numbing. Was ridiculed and laughed at and only taken seriously after SCREAMING in pain. I then had the “dentist assistant” Joanne laugh at me. Instead of being showed any sort of compassion I was told this was the first complaint she has received in 40 years. I will be taking this further. Disgusting service towards someone who is already terrified of the dentist. Will never in a million years be back or recommend this disgusting place to anyone. Understandable you could fit me in with 20 mins notice.
