5 /5 Jason Duong: I came in for a general clean and scaling, followed by a filling for a deep cavity. Upon my first visit, the reception and broader clinical staff were warm and welcoming.
Before the actual procedure, Sharon (and Dr Arik and the supporting staff) patiently listened to me as I explained my dental history and clearly addressed my questions ensuring that I was comfortable before going ahead with anything. Met with empathy and genuine care, it was very relieving (especially given my less than pleasant experiences with other dentists). She took the time to provide her guidance and express her understanding. It demonstrated the level of compassion that she puts into her work. You’d seldom find this at other dental clinics.
During and after the procedure, it is entirely evident that you are in capable hands. The staff articulate each and every step, they put in extensive effort in maintaining the patient’s comfort as best as they can, and they are amazingly efficient. The team is excellent.
I will be booking in my next bi-annual check up and am actually looking forward to returning to the dentist. This is ALL thanks to the team at Dickson Street Dental.
