Even though my weight hasn’t changed much, however, my body definitely feels more toned and defined. The place has a really comfy vibe—minimalist and clean, with a white and light gray color scheme that makes it feel calm and relaxing. Highly recommend Lydia, the body therapist! She’s super experienced, very professional with her techniques, and explains everything clearly—like which acupuncture points she’s working on and what each machine does. The whole experience just feels really reassuring.
