1 /5 Jessica Selkirk: I was very pregnant, needed a pedicure as I cannot reach at the moment & suffering from some swelling. I asked if I could just soak my feet a bit longer and sit in the chair before they start, they ignored the request and hastily managed the pedicure, despite being many free chairs & only 2 other clients in the salon. I felt they were rough & when I asked for a bit more gentle 3 times, she replied “it’s just skin” the third time when I felt she was teetering on ripping the skin off. It was unenjoyable and unrelaxing. Trying not to judge the work of one staff member, I went back 2 days later because my mum needed a pedicure. Asked to sit in the chair next to mum getting her pedi & if they could work out a price for me to just have the massager going but they said no - full cost only. We ended up walking out as they were unwilling to let me sit next to mum. This place is so conveniently located for me but I just won’t go back. The staff are completely ignorant, unhelpful & dismissive of their clients. I cannot believe they chose to turn us away when there were no other clients in the salon. Its just bad business.

2 /5 Tatiana Muravskaia: I had a worst manicure ever. It took 5-7 min. The nails were not properly cleaned and even damaged. Pedicure is just ok. Maybe they are good at acrylic and things like that, but no understanding about basics.

5 /5 Sacha Staples: The nail techs are so sweet! Best SNS nails i’ve ever had and they take their time to make sure they look perfect. Definitely worth your time and money. I have shaky hands and they were so nice and still managed to give me beautiful nails! Definitely visit this shop. 10/10

1 /5 CAROLINE FERREIRA: My previous experience with this place was quite pleasant, however my most recent experience 2 days ago was not so good. It seemed like they had doubled booked a lot of clients and hence were running behind schedule. Some girls are usually amazing however the lady who did my nails was so rough and seemed totally uninterested. When one of the girls pointed out that some of the nails were bumpy and uneven she refused to accept. I was shocked to know that she is the owner and now understand why some of the reviews pointed out to bad management.
