2 /5 danielle males: Really disappointed, I was trying to support local business. Went in today for a cut of approx 12cm from my tailbone length healthy hair and layers to remove some weight as shown in photo 1. Walked out with butchered hair just below my shoulder, all uneven chunks shown in other 3 photos and as you can see I can not even wear it in a ponytail as it also looks ridiculous, I would not recommend having your hair cut here AT ALL! My review has been updated to 2, purely based on Dare to Hair did respond to my review, and I was contacted by one of their senior hair stylists, to attempt to fix my hair. This lady did extremely well based on what she had to work with, and I wish she had been working the day I attended because I would have still had most of my hair. The original hair stylist had hacked my hair too much, and my new outcome is now even, but it does not replace the 30+cm that is lost due to other their inexperienced/unqualified staff. My only other comment would be the owner and also the staff member who butchered my hair were present in the salon when it was being “repaired”, and chose to not speak or apologise to me I think it is bad business to not to take responsibility. Updated photos added, 5 &6 not great but a definite improvement on the original.

5 /5 Rupinder Kaur: Dini does my eyebrows every time, and she’s absolutely amazing! I can’t imagine going to anyone else. She shapes them perfectly and really knows what she’s doing. I also got a clean-up done, and it gave me an instant glow—my skin felt fresh and looked so bright. Highly recommend her if you want someone who’s skilled, professional, and makes you feel great every visit!
