2 /5 Celeste: Thought I had found a gem. The first time I got my lashes done they were the most perfect set I had ever had. They looked natural and were just beautiful. The pricing was also amazing. But it didn’t last. I never got the same set again. I have been doing lash extensions for years. Not continuously obviously but have lots of experience with them. When properly done you shouldn’t loose your own lashes with the extensions which is what was happening. I clean my lashes. Don’t rub my eyes and take the proper maintenance care. At my last appointment Shashika told me to have a break and start using lash serum. I asked her if she was recommending this because I was loosing lashes due to the extensions. She said no. Ive only seen her a handful of times (perhaps 4); with the appropriate amount of time in between. After 3 days the lashes looked terrible and wouldn’t lay flat. They were falling out and I could see my lashes coming out with the fall out. At this appointment I brought some fall out with me to show what was happening and said that I felt she recommended lash serum because she was aware that her lash extensions were causing damage. She said it happens and said it was due to my lashes??? Its never happened before why now. I’ve done plenty of research and this shouldn’t happen. In the end she recommended I try other salons which I felt she just wanted to get rid of me as a customer. I gave one star for the first great experience. Another star because I’ve had troubles of late and she has been kind enough to move my appointments around and fit me in and accomodate my circumstances. But she lost 3 stars for the damage to my lashes and then just trying to what I feel as palm me off. Sorry. You seem great at makeup and several other areas looking at the other reviews. But for lash extensions I left disappointed. I wish you all the best in your business.

1 /5 Irene Thomas: I wouldn’t recommend this place. I went there for a few times for eyebrow threading. Every time, she made it really thin even when I asked her not to. I spend 6 months regrowing my eyebrows due to the damage caused. However, one positive is the lady is really nice and sweet. She fitted me in her schedule even when she was busy. However, one time, I had to get my eyebrows done in the house corridor, while another client was inside the salon room. This was not appreciated and unprofessional as she double booked on her end.

5 /5 Thenushi J: Shashika did such a great job getting me, my sister and my mom ready for a wedding event recently. We have returned to her for a variety of services ever since and she is always professional, courteous and really good at her craft. Would recommend her for any beauty and aesthetician services!
