1 /5 Laila Hamad: Wasn’t a happy customer I went a few times I noticed there was patches of hair still on my body and I told if I could get a full body wax including feet and toes while my feet and toes were not even touched still remaining hair I was not happy and my inner thigh I noticed I had two large bruises and that was just a surprise shock. She was really rough when she did my legs waxing very painful She only booked me in because it was a cancellation and she was basically rushing her job because they close. I think at 9 o’clock but my appointment was at 8 o’clock. Well that’s not my fault. When I got told it was a cancellation. I took the appointment. She left hair on my face and I told her to take the whole hair off my face. I said a full face wax still left hair there and I haven’t been back since January this year and I don’t think I will be back again if I do, I will not get Waxing. I’ll only just get my nails done. I found the nail lady a lot more nicer and friendlier she want rushing her job I find the Waxing is not really what I expected when everyone was telling me to go here I just found the Waxing Lady very personal. She was asking me a lot of questions just because I said I used to go see someone else but that other person is not available and that’s the end of the story. You don’t have to keep asking questions about a certain person, who I use to get waxing done in a previous years ago very unprofessional small business this place is

5 /5 Bec Dudley: I dont pamper myself often but when I do, Danielles is my go to. I can always get an appointment in a reasonable time frame and Danielle and Sharon are always so fun and accommodating. I dont know how Sharon does it, but my SNS nails always last me about 3 weeks when she does them. Thank you ladies for making me feel like a friend as well as a valued client.

1 /5 Ta La: I visited a few years ago after making a last minute appointment where she was able to fit me in to her schedule. After reading her reviews I was excited to possibly have her as a regular beautician who is also local to myself. Yet the experience was quite the contrary. I was late by no more than 5 minutes and incredibly apologetic as I had to leave my daughter who I was breastfeeding at the time. She seemed obviously annoyed with me and as a result rushed through waxing my legs fast and with abrasive movements where hairs were left behind which my husband had noticed. She also left me completely uncovered not offering a towel for privacy or comfort. It doesnt matter whether she sees one body and sees them all, its respectful to have at least offered a towel. I dont know if Danielle typically gets stressed when running late or was having a difficult day but I did not intend to do this to her and I felt so guilty for making her run behind time. I recall at the time she didnt have her son as we spoke about kids but maybe now she would understand the complexities of getting out and about with the responsibilities of young children, working and how hard it is to get places on time no matter how hard you try. I know I should have said something at the time but I was so disappointed at the whole experience that I couldnt wait for it to be over. I read all of these great reviews yet had none of these experiences.

5 /5 Anne Fuller: Danielle is a true professional. Despite being very busy she can align her time to fit with my busy schedule. She has always been on time. Today I was early and she acknowledge me by my name and said she would be ready for me soon. And, she was. Thank you Danielle.
