She does an amazing job, so thorough, takes her time to make sure she hasn’t missed any spots and my results are always amazing. She is such a beautiful person and always looks after her clients. 1 /5 Anne Galati: Have been with this clinic for over 10 yrs now ( even before change of ownership and business re-branding). SOME of there staff are brilliant. They assess your skin on each appointment and check to ensure nothing has changed I.e. medications, they are also super vigilant and ensure they have checked all treated areas before you leave. Ive now had to return 3 times to this clinic based on rushed treatments & missed areas. No skin assessment, no change of settings based on areas treated, none of your information pertaining to settings is ever stored, no continuity in staff providing treatment, HUGE inconsistency in techniques provided & no questions pertaining to treatment safety (according to staff its something we should inform them!) Tried talking to management? Well that wont get you far, because the supposed trained staff member wouldnt know how to deal with customer concerns, nor would she care as the owner is her son. Nepotism! Also, from an infection control perspective the highlighter used for determining treatment areas (if your fortune enough to get marked up) is used on multiple persons and multiple body areas! Disgusting. Instead of rewarding patrons for years of loyal business they prefer to speak to you like they couldnt care less. Thank you Carmel for your unprofessional attitude in following up poor technique from my last appointment (to which you tended). Also STOP requesting your clients give your establishment positive Google reviews in exchange for discounted services! Its against AHPRA regulations. Yes! Look that up!

Be cautious when booking your appointment, as they can cancel at any time at their convenience and may even attempt to withhold your deposit, even when the fault is theirs. I booked an appointment for my anti-wrinkle forehead treatment with a $50 holding deposit. I was thrilled about getting this done. However, they cancelled on me three times. The first two times, they claimed that the nurse couldnt come due to some reason, and the third time they cancelled an hour before the appointment, citing that our injectables were delayed. This is absolutely absurd, and to add insult to injury, they mentioned they dont do refunds, only store credit. I had to assert myself just to get my deposit back.
