Julianne Hayes Amazing place! I have been a customer of Xanda since I moved to Melbourne, and she is the best in the business! Amazing waxing, eyebrow treatment and facials, so professional and kind and makes me feel so comfortable! I have also gotten my hair done by Aki, and she did a fantastic colour and cut! Gave me exactly what I wanted while also giving great styling advice! Highly recommend this place.

I find Lucy to always be present with me during a treatment and authentic in her approach. Lucy is very knowledgeable and open with the many questions I pick her brain with.
