5 /5 Alisson Puentes: I’ve been to this place twice, and both times the girls have been incredibly kind and welcoming. They’re a bit shy when speaking, but always very polite and professional. They work quickly and efficiently, and the results are flawless. Honestly, it’s an excellent spot to get your nails done—I absolutely loved mine!

3 /5 Jess (Personal use): The staff are friendly and accommodating, which I appreciate. However, even though I booked an appointment in advance, I felt like the service was rushed. While they did get the color exactly as I wanted, I noticed some issues with the final result. A few of my nails are crooked, and the nail polish on my thumbs is bubbly and uneven. I got nail tip extensions, and although they aren’t nicely filed and appear a bit crooked, they do seem sturdy and long-lasting.

1 /5 Alexis Sigal: I have never had an experience bad enough to feel the need to post a review, but here we are. This was my first experience here and it was appalling to say the least. Firstly, customer service was shocking, they barely spoke to customers and spent all their time taking about us I assume in a different language. No attempt to make anyone feel welcome in their salon. I asked for one thing and I got the complete opposite. She shaped my nails the complete wrong shape and made my nails extremely short. All the nails had different shapes. Their tools were filthy, flies everywhere, they only put the aircon on as I was leaving, everyone was clearly hot. She damaged two nails at the end and pretended not to see it. I forgot to mention I had about 4 different people swap rotation to do my nails. They did not get me to wash my hands in between and then removed the glue from all over my hands only after I complained. She then put moisturiser on at my request, leaving more glue and residue all over my hands. She also hurt me while drilling. The SNS is bubbly and bulging, doesn’t even cover the whole nail. I will not be back here again, and I recommend you find somewhere else because the quality and standard was just not good enough.

5 /5 Jana Volfson: Was turned off getting my nails done for a long time due to bad experiences in the past, when I moved across the road from Regal nails, I was tempted and tried it out... Ive now been doing every 2 weeks without stop for 2 years! I just moved houses again but it doesnt stop me booking in and going there. Leanne is amazing and has two nieces there that are also fantastic! I get my SNS done there and facial waxing. They have a great range of colours and brands, are professional and do a really good job! Here is what I got last week :)
