1 /5 Marianne Graham: I called at 1640 and waited on hold to music till just after 5 closing time. The hours of opening are till 5pm but unfortunately the phone was not answered after 19 mins. I was calling re obtaining a Mac service for my husband

1 /5 Saigonese: Physio sevice: 5 stars Receiptionist : 0.001 star My wife & 4 months baby were here this morning at 10.30. (Our 2nd time here, first one was during covid for our 1st son) It took my wife more than 15mins to find the parking as all the parking lots outside(parents with pram) are full as took over by other cars without pram( can confirm as no baby seat on those cars) She just try to give an feedback with the lady (mid 50s,Caucasian) at reception and just got the really bad altitude repsonse instead of sharing the empathy. I can tell receiption is not an easy job but as a customer we deserved a respect at least. If she not happy with her job then better give it to other people out there where they actually need it and could possibly do it better. Cheers

5 /5 connie spinella: My son saw the speech pathologist Anna Wallace and I can’t say how fantastic she is . She is very gifted at her job and it’s clear she is passionate . My son interacted very well with her. Both myself and the day care staff were provided recommendations on how to support his language . The day care staff mentioned how they really benefited from her visit and how much better they have been able to communicate with him . I deal with a lot of therapists through my job and I believe she is one of the best out there . Her communication is very good

1 /5 Lena Issa: What an absolute joke dealing with reception I cant ever seem to get through to the person I supposedly need to speak to (apparently no one else can help) and it seems super difficult for them to understand that due to security of my workplace I do not have access to my mobile phone or I get told ill be called back when I do call during work hours. Arrogant and useless staff. Ill wait that little longer for speech therapy then bother with an appointment here. Your reception staff need to learn manners and actually provide better outcomes!
