City Nails - Niddrie,VIC

1 /5 Yukyung An: I went here today to do a nail polish and colour. First time i came (around mid 2022), i was charged $35. I thought it was really good. Came back next time, exact same service, i was charged $40. That was fine. I came back again after a few months recently, same service, and i was charged $55. It didnt come to my mind when i paid for it but then i remember that previously i was charged cheaper. I called the shop and asked why, and they were quite rude. All i wanted to know is why the prices charged are different. I had a disappointing experience.

1 /5 Nikole K: I am honestly very disappointed, the first time I had come here there is a girl and a guy whom are absolutely amazing. But this one woman I had today my second time being here was absolutely unbelievable, she just didnt look like she wanted to do my nails at all and she waited until AFTER she painted my nails to tell me that she couldnt do the design I wanted...she left my nails all dry on the sides and I had nail polished practically all over my fingers and even my hand had some...I was too tired and upset to even deal with it but let me just say it was not worth the $35 I payed for these horrible horrible nails, i had to go to Midsummer instead all upset and they fixed my nails up and were extremely nice about it too...something needs to be done about this woman.

1 /5 Phoebe Selene: Most importantly she filed my nails down SO FAR to my flesh, not just the tips but the nail bed itself. I had bleeding cuts. Had to ask her to stop. I was going to not say anything but it is a month later now, I havent been able to touch my nails because of the pain. I managed to gently soak it off and theres drill marks sunken into my nail beds. They are red and raw with the finest layer of keratin remaining. This will take a year or more to get back to normal. My nails ended up not looking at all how I had asked, and it was a simple one colour. The lady looked downcast the entire time, I was there for a long time. Was charged a lot. I shouldnt have paid it =(

1 /5 Fiona Vong: Had the same experience with the last reviewer. Used to be absolutely 5 star service and really took their time and care. But this one lady had a very negative attitude and didn’t really want to serve the customers and was really rushed, resulting in a rushed product. Not really satisfied with my nails that I just got this afternoon. Will be looking to remove them tonight and go somewhere else. Just when I thought I found my go-to place…
