The gardens are full of tall trees, colourful flowers, and wide green spaces, making it perfect for a walk, a picnic, or just relaxing under the shade. What I really love is the combination of nature and history – the Royal Exhibition Building is stunning, and the Melbourne Museum is just nearby, so there’s always something interesting to see or do. The park feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of benches and open areas where families, tourists, and locals gather. It’s also a nice spot to take photos or enjoy some quiet time away from the busy streets. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Melbourne!

Walking through here feels like stepping into a scene from an American TV show—fountains, plane trees, wooden benches… all the classic elements of romance. It’s the perfect wedding photo backdrop. Honestly, the garden feels bigger and more alive than the museum itself. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in autumn. It’s the ultimate spot for quiet conversations, reading, smoking, or filming your next TikTok drama. Don’t miss it!
