I booked at your salon because the price was cheaper for male arm waxing than other places, but what i saved in $ was frustration and disappointment about the total lack of customer service. No please, thank you, how was your day; and when I presented at the front desk for the appointment, the girl looked confused and had to speak to another colleague to find out what was going on.
Also, if doing something personal like waxing close the door! Although at back of the store, I would like a bit of privacy.
I asked for the manager when I left and was told she wasnt there. And was not asked why or if they could help. No thank you or goodbye on the way out. Shockingly bad.
