My natural brows were almost non existent and having a lash lift and brow lamination with tint has brightened up my face. Virginia is a warm soul with the kindest heart. I was a bit nervous & she intuitively picked up on this. Her reassurance with every next step of the process was so re-assuring and professional, I was instantly relaxed. We discussed colors that would suit my complex and the whole process was clear from the start. Thank you again, I really love the look and I will see you again when I need a top up.
