2 /5 Stav: Went in for my first brazilian wax, the lady was nice but not super friendly, told me no after care methods or steps to follow. And half way through the wax she told me i hadnt waited for long enough hair growth so she wont be able to get all the hairs. I would of appreciated being told this the minute she looked down, to possibly rebook. My regrowth now is uneven (of course) but i noticed she still didnt thoroughly get some areas as some hairs look like they never even got waxed. Wont be coming again unfortunately.

5 /5 Alex Elliott: Could not recommend Georgia enough! I have really sensitive skin and usually am a red lobster for days after getting a facial wax. She was so attentive and careful with my treatment I was barely red at all after. she gave me exceptional skin care advice that showed she truly listened to me and wanted to help me achieve my skin care goals. She was so gentle with my lash lift and gave my eyebrows an amazing shape and tint!

5 /5 Paige Rhodes: When booking my first ever Brazilian wax at the Fairfield salon, I felt nervous and unsure if Id made a massive mistake when filling out my new customer form in the waiting area BUT when greeted by my therapist Leonie and taken into the treatment room, I knew this was no mistake. Leonie was so SO lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She answered all of my questions I had and more! It was definitely a 5 star experience. From booking online, to the lovely ladies at reception and then being treated by Leonie, it was such amazing service. Thank you Leonie and the Fairfield team for making my first waxing experience so pleasant. Ill definitely be back, and can highly recommend this salon!
