Despite my efforts to notify you from the hospital and request a reschedule for the following day, I was informed that the 50% fee would be forfeited and that I would need to pay the full fee again to book a new appointment.
This experience was disappointing because there was sufficient time to provide the service, yet it was not accommodated. I have always appreciated Nicole’s professionalism and had excellent experiences in the past. However, today’s interaction with your team felt unfair. While I understand the policy, forfeiting 50% of the fee without offering any service—especially given the extenuating circumstances—seems unreasonable.
