I understand that you were not completely satisfied with the service you received, and I would like to offer my sincere apologies. That day, my colleague was away on vacation, so I had to manage everything on my own. On top of that, two clients arrived outside of their scheduled time, which made it difficult for me to manage properly. As a result, I unfortunately kept you waiting longer than usual, and I’m truly sorry for that. Regarding your hair, because your natural hair texture is slightly wavy with some strands curving in and others out, it might have given the impression that the cut was uneven. When you returned the next day, I re-checked your hair just to help put your mind at ease — in fact, it was already even. Nonetheless, I really appreciate your feedback, as it gave me valuable experience and a chance to improve how I serve my clients. 1 /5 Mei Chan: Awful first impression! Came in for the first time for a trim and root touch up 3 weeks ago and was served by Anna. After 2 and a half hours, I was lying against the sink after a colour and what was meant to be a 15 min hair treatment and still waiting for a wash and trim. By then, I was ready to walk out without a haircut and asked Anna to wash my hair so I could leave. She then finished up on another customer, and worked on me and said she could complete the haircut asking me to wait a little longer. I felt like there was a disregard for my time as she was doing a lot of jobs during my slot and making me wait, even after telling her I have things on. Even worse, later that day, I realised that my hair cut wasn’t even with 1 side longer than the other and had to go back the next day to get it fixed.

5 /5 Susan Suchanek: I have been getting my hair cut and coloured and styled by Anna at Bettys hair salon. Anna does an incredible job with colour and her style of cutting is amazing. I recommend her as my hair stylist 100%, plus her and Betty make everyone feel welcome like you have known each other for years. Please take my advice go to Bettys hair salon and get your new look from Anna.
