For a second time the woman has sold me a product that either didn’t work or told me I needed more than I did then would take a return saying “it’s for health and safety” which is not true. The last time I told her the product she sold me wasn’t good because it clumped in my hair, and was clearly not fit for my curls, she told me I was washing my hair wrong.

5 /5 Bianca Meddis: The most delightful place ever- the owner & the staff at both locations are immaculate, i am a harsh critic when it comes to stores that sell hair care products- as you must be educated to sell quality products & be able to recommend the right ones for specific scalp & hair type. That is exactly what beauty works provides, 4 years on and they have done nothing but help aid my hair back to health & save my 5,000 dollar extensions (because I was recommended by a different hair dresser who was not educated and made them shred to pieces!!!) Issie that works at south melb store is so knowledgeable she really knows her stuff! Oh and not to mention Ayen @ Melb central location is a HAIR & SKIN WIZARD! The scalp spa / facial experience was magical I now get them done monthly! Team beauty works for life! Xx

1 /5 Monique L: I was oversold products by a staff member (2 of each product I needed, instead of 1). I only used one of each. I returned to the store and was denied a refund, despite being advised I should buy much more than I needed and the products being unopened. I would avoid this store. I feel their sales tactics are misleading and I experienced condescending customer service when I tried to make a return.
