The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel right at home. Natasha herself is a true professional, and her expertise in skincare is evident in the quality of the services provided. The atmosphere of the spa is calming and serene, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The treatments I received were top-notch, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. I particularly appreciated the personalized approach and attention to detail, ensuring that my specific skincare needs were met. I highly recommend Natashas Skin and Spa to anyone looking for a pampering and luxurious experience. You wont be disappointed!

5 /5 Kimmee Brooks: Bought some Pure Fiji products from Fiji on my honeymoon and love it. I was running out and found Natashas Skin Spa stocked the product that I use. I ordered 2 bottles online and paid for them and got my tracking number. The product was addressed correctly but got delivered to the wrong address…..well done Aust Post. I contacted Natasha and her team and they got onto Aus Post straight away. In the meantime, Natasha resent me my products that I had bought but in the meantime, the original product that I ordered arrived. I contacted Natasha and informed her and told her that when the second lot of product arrive I would return it to her. I returned the second lot of product to when it arrived. I was so impressed with her/their customer service. They kept in contact with me to make sure that I was aware to where my products where. I could not be happier.....not only with my product but with the way the situation was handled. I was disappointed with the wrong delivery address but with the way Natasha and her crew handled it, they have me as a customer for life!!! Thanks Natasha and crew,,,,,you guys are legends! xx

5 /5 Foodie Gal: Updated review: I had a needling session with a different therapist this week, Athraa and it was such a great experience. Athraa had great needling technique and really took her time to ensure she covered all areas, checking in with me to see how I was going throughout. Her aftercare was great too, it didn’t feel rushed and I was able to really relax. I can and will happily see Athraa again for treatment! Original review: I have been going to Natasha’s Skin Spa for a few weeks now for skin needling to treat my acne/acne scarring and my experience has been nothing short of luxurious. The clinic is beautifully organized with neat displays of products, low volume relaxing music playing, a clean fresh aroma being diffused and a delicious complimentary tea on arrival. The treatment bed is so cosy and comfortable which makes the needling experience so much more enjoyable. During my needling sessions my therapist Natasha explained every step she took, answered any questions I had and educating me on how to achieve the best results outside of my needling sessions. I left feeling empowered to better manage my skin, something I’ve never been able to do on my own. There was also no hard sell or pushiness to buy expensive products which was a breathe of fresh air. I look forward to continuing treatment with Natasha and cannot recommend this clinic enough for anyone wanting to improve their skin or for anyone wanting to simply indulge in a luxurious experience.
