5 /5 Doris Tomas: Perfect nails . They take their time to get your nails perfect, and I love the hand/arm massage afterwards. Beautiful . The chairs are really comfy and the relaxing music in the background makes it feel like a day spa experience. I do jump from nail salons depending on my time constraints, and have pretty much been to most in Werribee. These guys are the Best in the business. Thank you, love my nails.

2 /5 Cass Ward: kind staff, wonderful salon, nice massage. did not give me the design i wanted, i checked that she could do what i wanted but did not execute well. im not a particularly fussy person, but even after i asked her to redo the design she just did it again differently but not close to what i wanted. i will not be returning. the first photo is my nails and the second is my inspiration picture

5 /5 Lauren Moore: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a lovely nail salon with the most attentive and kind staff! I used to go to the salons within Pacific Werribee, but now that I’ve found this hidden gem, it’s my go-to. I take my mother for a spa pedicure every few weeks on a Sunday morning, and it’s always a relaxing and quiet experience. Highly recommend for great service and a peaceful atmosphere!

1 /5 Lisa Spoor: Long standing customer who made a booking request on Wednesday through their Facebook page using my Facebook name. It shows my messages have been seen but Im yet to get a response. Really frustrated by inconsistent communication and behaviour, especially when owner is away (he is lovely by the way). Suddenly everyone cares when the owner is there but when hes away they couldnt care less. I dont know how a business can survive when they cant be bothered replying to a message and show customers some respect. Ill find another salon who actually wants my customer service.
