1 /5 Stephanie Strnak: Went in for a pedicure and the employee sliced my hells and toes in multiple places with the slicer. The manager tried to tell me I have a skin condition. Horrible customer service, blaming the customer rather than taking responsibility for their staff Been getting a pedicure for over 10 years never experienced that. Won’t be coming back.

1 /5 Jen GB: I had my lash extensions done at Genesis Beauty Riverdale on 15/04/2025 at 9am and was initially hopeful, but the experience was incredibly disappointing and painful. The moment I opened my eyes, they stung intensely, and it only got worse from there. The technician used an excessive amount of glue—so much that the lashes felt heavy and uncomfortable. Even worse, the glue was applied directly onto my eyelids, not just the lashes, which caused severe irritation and redness. It felt like my eyes were burning, and I could barely keep them open afterward. This was far from a professional or safe application. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality lash extensions—it was painful, careless, and poorly done. As the false lashes fall out I can see there is no lash isolation and so much glue used to attach them to my lashes which is why it was so painful as the glue itself was burning my eyes causing them to become red and irritated.
