Beauty genesis rosebud - Rosebud,VIC

1 /5 Candice Ward: I went into Beauty Genesis in Rosebud Plaza. I was seated right away which was great. I chose a very pigmented dark green shellac colour with glitter based on the tester colour palettes they give you to choose from. What I left with was the worst manicure Ive ever had. The shellac application was terrible. I could have done a better job and often do at home when I do my own. I thought I would treat myself and left wishing I hadnt. Also the lady doing my nails cut so deep into my cuticles that a few of them bled and were very sore afterwards. I told the lady that the colour wasnt the same as the one I chose. If I had the time I would h Ave made them redo it but I had already sat there for 45 minutes. Dont waste your time, health or money.

1 /5 Lisa Lindquist: I took my daughter here for the first time to get her nails done. We both had a manicure and pedicure. The lady cut my cuticles back so far that three of them bled. She then nicked another nail with the drill. It hurt soo bad. My daughter’s nails all fell off within the week and I had a sore infection in my pointer finger from the sns digging in. It was hot to touch and throbbed for days!! Week or two later BOTH of us had several painful ingrown toenails. It gets worse.. both my little toes had cracked and split in between. The skin was coming off and it smelt soo bad. Fungal infection I’m assuming. Please please save yourself and your nails. Never ever again

1 /5 Kellie Hacking: Just left business with wet hair also jumper . My eyebrows are different and way to dark also my lashes don’t look like they have been tinted at all . I should have left the premises the minute l saw how dirty it was . Lesson learned
