Fatma Kirney --- When I first moved to Richmond, I tried a few different nail salons, but none quite met my expectations—I can be pretty particular about how I like my nails! That all changed when I found this place. The team here is so attentive and detail-oriented, making sure every nail is done perfectly without rushing through the job. One time, I chipped the corners of my nails the day after getting them done. When I booked an appointment to have them fixed, they were so kind and didn’t charge me for the repair. That level of customer service really stood out to me! The staff here is absolutely lovely, and the service is always top-notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Portpad Traveller My partner gave me a $500 presidential voucher almost two years ago; possibly three. With a busy life, and being overseas for a year since then, it was nice to know that the voucher didn’t expire; and I have just finished using it up on a back wax and full massage. I have never had a wax before, and info online said I wouldn’t be able to do anything much for two days after. This included a massage with oil. I was quite worried about getting both together, but the staff pointed out that they have been doing both together for years. They were right. The waxing was very quick and it was far less painful than I expected. I had a very good remedial massage straight after, as the oils they used after the waxing obviously did the trick. I would happily get it done again. The staff were very personable, friendly and helpful. Angie even remembered me from more than a year ago, and even noticed the slight change in my appearance.
