They gave us the most relaxing facials and beautiful manicures. It was the best place to start the beginning of my hens. Definitely be coming back

Philippa Bentley I had blonde, eyebrows that were so light I looked like I had no eyebrows. Chelsea used cosmetic tattooing to fill in and shape my brows. I was so impressed with her knowledge, the care taken and the natural looking results that I went back to also have eyeliner tattooed on. I now see Chelsea to have the stray eyebrow hairs waxed. I highly recommend Chelsea for any beauty needs and cosmetic tattooing.
