1 /5 Soman Rezaee: First time went to this shop for pedicure+colour and had the worst experience. The lady couldn’t speak English and did a horrible job. She barely cleaned and cut my toe nails and went straight on putting the colour, also gave me a cut. when told she couldn’t understand. Don’t recommend this place as their prices are +++ with minimal service

2 /5 Elaine McLeod: Shellac gel nails, that lasted only hours. I noticed under the nails thick and gummed up. The polish peeled & rubbed off 8 finger edges like plastic sticky tape. This is shellac it should last 2-3 weeks before starting to chip, not peel off. I went back next day and they said I did heavy work. I explained, Im old and very disabled so no heavy work, not even medium work. Then they blamed the colour. Absolute Rubbish products. They want to redo 2. So I showed the rest again. Then removed all the polish. Offered me another colour. But I dont want it peeling after just a few hours. I wouldnt recommend this place. Even supermarket polish last longer than theirs.

5 /5 Michelle Hood: I’m so happy I’ve found this nail place. I had a pedicure done and it was A-grade. Auntie took her time, did not rush and was very particular with her work. It is by appointment only so that is why the shop looks quiet so they can concentrate on their clients and not rush.

1 /5 Harsh Kaur: So I went for nails sns without knowing she takes appointments only. She was really rude with me. Ask for time to book i said m not sure i can come at other time. I said wait I will confirm. she made me realise that people don’t come after booking u have to pay now. N lot many things I felt so embarrassed in front of other customers. Then she said if u r not sure I can do it now. Then she told me to choose color and didn’t let me choose the pallet from some box but let other girls choose from that box. She was also came without appointment. So what u can think about this scenario?? She done the job and charged full money but it was not clean not properly done. But charged full. If she takes only appointments she should mention outside the shop about that so that client should not feel embarrassed and waste time. With not good work

1 /5 Jacqui Sharp: Terrible service, overpriced and poor quality! It cost me $25 to just get my nails removed nothing else and I was left with more issues than I began with. There is no price list. This place makes up the prices as they go. I have spoken to other people who have had there nails done here before and they have all been charged different prices for the same service? This does not add up. The lady let my nails too long too long, I assume, or didn’t use actual acetone, so the SNS ended up sticking all over the skin on my hands and wouldn’t come off. The lady told me to “shower when I got home” however I was scrubbing my hands with soap and the sink cleaning brush and it still was not coming off, so I am unsure how a shower would help if it wasn’t coming off at the nail salon? I’ve never had this happen before at any other nail salon I’ve been to before. I will not be returning. So disappointing. Other people I have spoken to have said this has happened to them before and that is why they do not go here to get their nails removed. So disappointing. Don’t waste your time or wreck your skin! So many better places out there!!!
