1 /5 N H: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Clinic I spent nine months going back and forth with the manager to fix a botched lip filler procedure. They ignored calls and texts. When I did get a hold of them they made me come in ten seperate times promising to fix it that day only to send me away without a solution, and repeatedly gave me false promises that they were "working on it." After all that, on the last time I was made to come in, they offered a 50% discount on more filler to correct the asymmetry—which a consult video call with their own doctor confirmed. But when I agreed, the nurse left the room and came back having suddenly changed her mind and refused treatment. Their only "solutions" involved me paying more money for their mistakes, and even when I agreed, they still refused to fix it. I went to another clinic for a second opinion, and they confirmed my filler was poorly done but easily fixable. This clinic wasted months of my time, refused to take responsibility, and lacked professionalism. Save yourself the frustration—go anywhere else but here.
