1 /5 Charlotte Z: Absolutely appalling experience at AnnaJo Medical Beauty – avoid at all costs! This has been, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a beauty salon. During my first bikini waxing session, the staff were so rough and unprofessional that they made me bleed. I didn’t complain at the time because I genuinely believed in giving people the benefit of the doubt — I was wrong. Since I didn’t purchase their overpriced prepaid package, their attitude turned shockingly rude. Every time I returned, I was met with cold stares, passive aggression, and complete disrespect. It felt like they were trying to push me out simply because I didn’t spend more money. Disgusting. The front desk staff in particular are incredibly rude and dismissive — zero customer service skills, no basic courtesy, just nasty behaviour all around. The whole place is unprofessional and toxic. I left feeling humiliated, angry, and completely disrespected. If you value your wellbeing and dignity, STAY AWAY from AnnaJo Medical Beauty. They don’t care about you — only your money.

5 /5 Perry Yang: This beauty clinic is a great place to go to. I’m “suffering” from my acne/scar issues for ages. Now I’ve been here since July 2019. I would say all the staff are pro whom have certain amount of knowledge about this area. That is to say, they can take a good care of every customer. My face is getting better very fast which I’m happy with. Service is 10/10. Highly recommend:)
